Sending Thanks & Card Classes

What is that quote about best intentions? Well, I had the best intentions when I made these cards for all of my friends who attended my first card class! But as I transitioned back to school, I NEVER SENT THEM! Does that ever happen to you? Well, the good news is that if they come again, they'll get two cards in the mail this month! :)

Global Design Project Sketch Challenge #GDP082--More Disney Freak!

I love using a sketch to get my creative juices flowing. Using pattern papers and cardstock is like a painter using a palette. A good sketch can be an inspiration to seeing a new combination that you otherwise wouldn't have thought of. This is my first time participating in the Global Design Project. This week the sketch challenge is #GDP082--I had just finished my Disney Freak scrapbook layout when I saw the sketch and knew I wanted to make a Disney themed card. Graduation Cards & End of Year Teacher Gifts

It's never easy saying goodbye to my students at the end of the school year. And, as a teacher there is always more to do no matter how much you plan in advance to cross things off your to-do list.
