Suite Sentiments OnStage Swap

I recently returned from Stampin' Up's OnStage Event in San Diego.  One of the fun parts was participating in Swaps.  I made 25 cards and then traded with other Demonstrators for their creations.  Now, I have a collection of designs and products to inspire me!  If you haven't participated in a swap yet, I encourage you to do it!  Here are the items I used in my design:

    I like your first post! Neat colors on the card! I clicked the link to shop your on-line store, but it didn't indicate I was shopping with you. Is there a way to set it up so an interested customer will be shopping with you without searching for you?

Global Design Project Sketch Challenge #GDP082--More Disney Freak!

I love using a sketch to get my creative juices flowing.  Using pattern papers and cardstock is like a painter using a palette.  A good sketch can be an inspiration to seeing a new combination that you otherwise wouldn't have thought of.  This is my first time participating in the Global Design Project. This week the sketch challenge is #GDP082--I had just finished my Disney Freak scrapbook layout when I saw the sketch and knew I wanted to make a Disney themed card. Coffee Cafe Spinner Card--Global Design Project #090

If you know me, you know my favorite items in the new Stampin' Up catalog are in the Coffee Break Suite --click the link to check them out.  As soon as I saw the sketch for the Global Design Project #090, I knew I wanted to make a Coffee Cafe Spinner Card.  I remembered seeing a video on YouTube from Wendy Cranford in the past, and searching "Wendy Cranford Spinner Card" brought up her tutorial she featured during Halloween.  I encourage you to check it out and make a spinner card for yourself! Here are some photos of my process.  If you'd like to purchase the product to create these spinner cards for yourself, check out my online store .  If you are local and would like to schedule a class, contact me and let's set up a crafty adventure for you and your family or friends! First use the framelits to cut the adorable coffee cups out of the Coffee Break Designer Series Paper. Then prep the die cuts by adding a lot of sticky adhesive to the back of the cups.
